A super focused 90 minute 1:1 session (via Zoom)
plus the benefit of 2 weeks unlimited support via email or Voxer
plus a follow up 30-minute session

We will work together 1:1 over 12 weeks to:

Due to the time and energy I devote to these programs I only work with a maximum of 5 clients at any one time

No, it is completely free – and no obligation at all. There will be no heavy sales tactics or tacky incentives to book on the spot – it has to be right for us both

You will be directed to a completely secure payment link via Stripe. Payment is required in advance of the session – either in full or by instalments. If you are paying by instalments an automatic payment schedule will be set up and you will know exactly when each payment is due

Yes, a coaching contract will be sent before we start working together which should cover everything you need to know including confidentiality, Privacy, booking or rescheduling of sessions and so forth

Not at all! We will start where you are at and work at a pace that is best for you

In my experience - while a plan is great it inevitably gets thrown off course due to life getting in the way; also, all of my clients are different, so I put together whatever is right for you. But trust me when I say that you will get exactly what you need
